Masi received a Paycheck Protection Program loan from the Small Business Administration that helps businesses keep their workforce employed during the coronavirus pandemic. Those funds helped him bring back about 100 full-time staff who were furloughed on April 27 to start work on changing everything from the way the menus look to spacing out tables at his restaurants.

His dining rooms will operate at a reduced capacity, with tables set up according to social distancing standards. Each location will require a reservation for all guests dining in, available directly through the website or by calling the restaurant.

At Clique Hospitality’s three restaurants, contact surfaces will see frequent and timed sanitization, and staff will frequently wash their hands, wear masks and gloves, and have their temperatures checked before each shift. Updated protocols from host stand to bar also include providing disposable and digital menus with a QR code to be viewed on diners’ mobile devices.

T-Bones and Hank’s Fine Steaks are limiting online reservations to no more than five guests in each party, while call-ins and walk-in parties of six or more diners who live in the same household are permitted, as long as seating adjustments maintain appropriate distancing from other tables and booths. Private dining spaces may be an option as well.

Those restaurants plan to offer a QR code at each table that diners can view on their cell phones. One-time use or printed menus on synthetic paper that can be sanitized after each use will also be available on request.

The two steakhouses will offer roll-up flatware after diners are seated. Water service will not be provided automatically and will be served per individual. Glasses will not be removed from the table for refills; new glasses will be provided. All condiments will be served in single-use form upon request.

Dining tables, bar tops, stools, and chairs will be sanitized after each use. All linen, including underlays or placemats, will be replaced after each use.

Station Casinos will check visitors’ temperatures when they enter the building, and all staff have been tested for COVID-19.

Blue Ribbon, Lucille’s, Pizza Rock, Yard House, Starbucks, and Leticia’s will follow the standards created by the Southern Nevada Health District.

Station Casinos already announced that Red Rock Casino in Summerlin, Green Valley Ranch and Sunset Station in Henderson, Santa Fe Station in Centennial, Boulder Station on the eastside, and Palace Station west of the Strip, as well as six Wildfire properties, will open first. The company says it will assess when Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho, Texas Station, and the Palms will reopen.
