   Beginning February 15, 2018 all non-gaming areas including restaurants, retail shops, public concourses, meeting rooms, restrooms, and elevators are now designated as smoke-free zones. Smoking is allowed on the gaming floor. No alcoholic beverages may be taken outside.

2. Does the Casino offer valet parking and how much does it cost?

   We offer free valet service for all guests at Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino every day, except during special downtown events. Card members may show their card to the attendant to receive free valet service even during those event times.

8. How do I earn tier credits and upgrade?

   Tier Credits are earned while playing any game using your Social Club by Seneca card. Credits can be earned over a 12-month period and will determine your Social Club membership status. Once you earn enough Tier Credits, you will be automatically upgraded to the next level. The more points you earn, the higher the status you will achieve. You will earn 1 Tier Credit for every point earned. The Social Club by Seneca will also award cardholders with Daily Tier Credit Bonuses.

9. What are daily tier credit bonuses?

   Points must be earned between 6 AM and 5:59 AM the following calendar day. Bonus Tier Credits are awarded automatically.

   • Earn 20 Tier Credits and Receive 10 Bonus Tier Credits Awarded.
   • Earn 30 Tier Credits and Receive 30 Bonus Tier Credits Awarded.

10. How do I get upgraded?

    Once you have earned the required number of Tier Credits, your card tier will upgrade automatically.

11. How long does my club status last?
