Any complaints should be directed to the City of St. John's taxi inspector at City Hall or contact the owners of the applicable taxi stand in question. Make sure you follow up on any complaints with a letter to the company in question as well as to the St. John's taxi inspector. PUT IT IN WRITING and always ask for a receipt for the services provided and ensure that the car number on the front fender matches the car number on the receipt. That way, you can help drag the 'non-conformists' off the road and prevent any other problems for other taxi users in the area.
